Far to the north, where mountains and sea meet in a never-ending clash, is a keep built by the Svartalfar.  They named it Two Dragons in honor of the raging white river and the turbulent sea. Though the tall, muscular Svartalfar abandoned their keep centuries ago, humans and Halflings have made Two Dragons their home, and turned it into a prosperous, thriving port.
